Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero SNHU Arena Theatre reviews
OSU vs MSU
"We paid 1200.00 for 4 hot chocolates and then waited for almost an hour to get through the gate. Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero doesn't charge that much. OSU had better enjoy it while they can because I surely wouldn't pay that much money to go there ever again. When we asked why all the gates weren't opened they said they didn't have enough staff. Then we got 4 seats and it came to $52.00, My best estimates are they took in between 10 to 15 million in revenue just in ticket sales and can't afford to have all the gates open - really??? we missed most of the first quarter waiting outside. I know it's a business but they need to give their customers a decent value for what they spend and this was not at all what I expected!"
Worth the money!
"I was really glad the show didn't get cancelled with all of Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero's recent legal issues. Mark Curry and Red were hilarious with 3 opening acts plus a host (Red Grant). Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero did atleast an hour and as usual he told it like it is! Security started running, there was a commotion on the 200 level. I'm not sure if it was a fight or what but it didn't interrupt the show & Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero didn't seem to notice, so it was all good. This was my 3rd time seeing Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero so I may be biased although it has been a few years. The show was about 3 hours. Anyway, I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I really enjoyed myself."
Great Show Despite Acoustics Problems
Despite the fact that there were some acoustics problems, I really enjoyed myself at this show. I should also mention that there were still quite a few songs where I don't think the acoustics were as much of a problem. If I were allowed, I would give this performance 4.5 stars, but what can you do? And to be fair, I have heard the Aragon's acoustics referred to as "carnivorous."
I have never heard Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero's songs played so intensely before. It was obvious that Britt Daniel was frustrated with sound difficulties, but I think his anxiety actually raised the energy and intensity of the performance. I have listened to their albums over and over again, and it was nice to finally see them in person. I would definitely like to go and see them, maybe in a different venue next time, since I'm sure the sound would be much better.
The best latin music concert I have been so far
I had my reservations given some historical bad experiences from people I know, but I have never seen Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero live before. Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero still has a very powerful and great voice that makes you want to listen to him singing for hours and hours. He also has a very professional staff and the musicians (including mariachi!) are really elite artists. I am really glad I attended this show, it was amazing. You will definitely not regret it. There are no words to express how much I recommend this show to whoever knows his songs or at least is somewhat familiar with them.
